1. What are your operating hours?

Starting opening day, we will be open seven days a week for December. Hours of operation will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

Holiday hours are as follows:

• December 23: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• December 24 and 25: Closed
• December 26 - January 1: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• January 2: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Starting January 3, 2022, the Ridge will be closed every Monday and Tuesday.

Also starting January 5, the Tube Park will have three time slots available Wednesday to Thursday and Sunday, and four time slots available on Friday and Saturday:

 Wednesday - Thursday and Sunday

• 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• 12:45 to 2:45 p.m
• 3 to 5 p.m.

 Fridays & Saturdays

• 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• 12:45 to 2:45 p.m.
• 3 to 5 p.m. 
• 5:15 to 7:15 p.m.

Night skiing/tubing returns Friday, January 7. Night time lift passes are for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tube Park Passes are for 5:15 to 7:15 p.m.

2. How will I get my lift/Tube Park ticket?

Lift tickets and Tube Park tickets will be available online, by phone, and in person at the chalet. The Tube Park will be capped at 75 users per each two-hour session. If you purchased your tickets online, they will be available to print and pick-up at the ticket booth outside of the chalet.

3. What can I expect in the department of cleanliness of the chalet?

We will have cleaners constantly cleaning high-touch surfaces in the chalet. All rental equipment will be sanitized. Hand sanitizer will be provided for our guests. Washroom capacity will be limited to two in the men’s room and two in the women’s room to help maintain distance. Outside washroom facilities will also be set up outside. 

The entire chalet will be completely sanitized every 24 hours.

4. How are we social distancing on chairlifts?

If you feel more comfortable riding as a single, you will be welcome to use one chair per person. If you ride to the hill together, you can ride the chairlift together. Cohort members and families can also ride together.

It’s important to note these regulations can, and will, change. We will update our website and Facebook page with any changes made.
